Goeie Hoop Onderdele is family owned and managed by the Serfonteins (father and two sons) who supervise personally everyday as well as serve customers on the sales floor. Deon, the father, is on the salesfloor most of the time to serve customers, but he is also the principal decision maker and buyer. The two sons are Gideon and Hennie.
